Neil Bhaskar
Founder & Co-Director
Neil Bhaskar is Chairman of NovaGroup of companies which has eleven (11) portfolio companies in USA; Canada; Hong Kong; Australia and India. Vertical focus areas are information technology, life sciences, media & entertainment and alternate energy sources.
Mr. Bhaskar, an E&Y Entrepreneur for New Jersey, co-authored and instituted BoDE, a “JumpStart” entrepreneurial methodology aimed at powering the growth of portfolio companies in balance with “Environment, Community and Self”.
Neil Bhaskar also founded NovaSoft Information Technology Corporation, a Systems Integration Firm - boasting over 1200 professionals -- with its international headquarters in Princeton, NJ and other offices in Parsippany, NJ, the United Kingdom, Germany, India, and Singapore. Mr. Bhaskar built NovaSoft to be a Hall of Fame company of New Jersey. In 2000 NovaSoft also had the distinction of being a four times Inc. 500 company on the Inc.500 List (#16) of privately held companies in the U.S. and number three in New Jersey on the Fast50 List published by New Jersey Technology Council (NJTC).
Before starting his own company was responsible for managing outsourced clients of Martin Marietta’s and also worked for Standard & Poor’s IT department on Wall Street was a Senior Director.
After selling NovaSoft and exiting in 2004 as CEO & Chairman, Mr. Bhaskar helped stabilize and manage Brean Murray, a 34 year old Wall Street boutique Investment Bank which had 125 professionals, $1.4b under asset management and $1.2b M&A & Corporate Finance practice.
Mr. Bhaskar is a Golden Door Award winner from the State Department and the International Institute of New Jersey as a foreign born American who has contributed greatly to the community and the local economy. Mr. Bhaskar is also an active member of Jump-Start, a New Jersey based, select Angel Investment Group, committed to investing in start up IT, life science, media and energy companies and a member of Economic Development Board of Mercer County, New Jersey.
Mr. Bhaskar is an alumnus of Harvard Business School (OPM) and holds an engineering degree from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) as well as an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM).
Mr. Bhaskar resides in Princeton, New Jersey and enjoys Spanish guitar, golf, chess, swimming, tennis, skiing and in-line skating.
Rachel Scrofani
Board Member
Rachel is the Manager of the Chairman's Office for NovaGroup portfolio companies which include Human Capital, IT, Finance and Project Management. She comes to Princeton Global Solutions with experience in management from Walgreen's.
Rachel graduated Summa Cum Laude from Rider University in 2006 with a bachelor’s degree in Finance and a second one in Business Administration. She is also an alumnus of Phi Chi Theta, business fraternity, and Beta Gamma Sigma, an honors business fraternity.
In Rachel’s spare time she runs a nonprofit animal rescue called Abandoned Angels Animal Rescue. She currently resides in Florence, NJ with her fiancé Carl, their daughter McKenzie and fur children.
Eric Fass
Management Executive
Eric serves as a Management Executive in Taj Real Estate Investment Kapital Fund. Eric comes from a business background, graduating from Rider University in 2016 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. Eric has a Real Estate license for both New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Eric enjoys multiple sports, as well as singing & recording music for both live crowds and future online projects. He currently resides in central NJ and has lived throughout the region his entire life.
Will Bhaskar
Management Executive
William Bhaskar is a Management Executive in Taj Kapital. He graduated from University of Toronto with an honours degree in Political Science and Sociology. He has a real estate license in NJ and PA, and has spent time training in companies from Princeton Global Solutions to the House of Music.
He utilizes BoDe Jumpstart Methodology in Taj Kapital and his interests include: singing, guitar, travel, skiing, and hiking.
John Burns
Consultant
John is the acting CFO of Princeton Global Solutions.
John has served as Northern US Division Vice President for Stroh Associates on two seperate occassions. He has served as Regional Vice President for Marriott Management Services which acquired United HealthServ where John was Division President for the Northeast US. John's experience includes VP of finance and Administration and seven years with The Penske Corporation as Vice President of Treasury Services for two divisions.
John has served on the following boards; Chairman-Elect of Delaware Vally Medical Center, Ramuda Ranch Eating Disorder Center in Arizona, United HealthServ, Inc., Heidelberg Country Club, Bernville, PA and currently as Board Secretary of the NovaGroup of Companies.
He is a graduate of the University of Detroit with an MBA in Finance and International Economics (dual majors) and a BBA in Management. John is an adjunct professor in the MBA Accelerated Defree program at Holy FAmily University in Philadelphia.
Jason Meyer
Legal Consultant, Law Office of Jason B Meyer, LLC
Jason Meyer serves as the general counsel for Neil Bhaskar and his company B&B Holdings, and in that role provides legal and business counsel to the NovaGroup and throughout B&B’s families of companies.
Jason has helped lead the senior management teams of eight different privately-held enterprises, filling the roles of Chief Legal Officer, Chief Compliance Officer, General Counsel, business unit General Manager, and innovator. His legal and compliance experience encompasses the life sciences (including nutritional supplements, pharmaceuticals, and medical technology) and the fields of education, information services, consulting, integrated services and SaaS, government contracting, and the media.
Jason is the Principal Lawyer of Meyer Business Law (The Law Offices of Jason B. Meyer, LLC), a firm focusing on the legal needs of entrepreneurial businesses, and in that capacity services as general counsel for B&B. Jason has decades of experience in a wide-range of transactional, contract, and business law matters.
Jason is also a Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP), and has more than 15 years of experience helping to lead and improve the compliance programs of highly-regulated companies. He is also a former Chair of the Ethics, Compliance, and Corporate Governance Committee of the NJ Corporate Counsel Association, and is CEO of the compliance consulting firm LeadGood, LLC.
Previously, Jason headed the $50M ethics and corporate compliance education business of LRN, Inc. In addition, he was the Chief Legal Officer of EduNeering Holdings, Inc., which was the training partner of the FDA and delivered regulatory training to thousands of FDA inspectors and life science workers. Jason was also Founder and Publisher of LAWCAST, an innovative continuing legal education company, and began his legal career as a litigator in major East Coast law firms.
Jason earned his law degree cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania School of Law, and his B.A. with high honors from Princeton University’s Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs.
Elaine Hart
Executive Assistant, Bookkeeper, and Office Manager
Elaine is the Executive Assistant to Neil Bhaskar, the bookkeeper for the smaller companies in the portfolio and acts as the Office Manager. Elaine started working with Neil Bhaskar in 2001 before he sold NovaSoft and has been with him ever since.
Elaine comes to Princeton Global Solutions with years of experience in bookkeeping for a range of industries from construction to retail.
In Elaine's spare time she enjoys crocheting and square dancing. She currenty resides in Hamilton, NJ with her cats Chance and Babyface.
